CERAMIC ART AND PRINTMAKING

In a world that often feels disposable and overproduced, I’m chasing something slower, something more permanent. My work reflects a life lived at the edges. rural landscapes, musky punk rock shows, endless back roads—and honors the handmade as an act of resilience.

PROFILE

___________________________________________________________

I am a multidisciplinary artist currently focusing on ceramics and their application in the world of contemporary art. I explore classic functional forms and their use in the modern world. A combination of wheel thrown, altered, and hand built forms can be found throughout my portfolio. Attention to Surface decoration plays a crucial role and a major influence in my work due to my background in printmaking and design. The multitude of processes and techniques I explore are the foundation of my curiosity and desire to continue my understanding of art and its purpose in a modern world.
